About Me

As someone who likes to help others and be an active listener, there is satisfaction and achievement when I succeed in providing impactful solutions for digital products through analysis and exchanging thoughts with other people. I started to realize my value when I was once trusted to be the head of the ticketing division at the annual choir concert and succeed in revamping the whole ticketing process and gaining improvements from the previous concert. With those value and my background in informatics engineering also graduated from Revou Full-Stack Product Management Course, I learned a lot about product management skills and currenly looking for an opportunity in this field.

Head of Ticketing Division

As a part of the ticketing division, I manage all the processes related to ticketing stuff such as ticket sales, seat plan for the audience, and setting the ticket's price. - Change the ticket's order process from conventional to semi-online (concierge) way. - Create e-tickets to reduce the queue of audiences - Successfully gained 23 million in revenue from ticket sales.
