I am a design management, customer experience, strategy & service design expert passionate about human experiences, specializing in research, design, development and management. I am committed to making a meaningful contribution towards designing, prototyping and implementing extraordinary transformational online and offline human experiences through sustainable technologies and tangible products/services that improve how we humans interact with technology using sustainable design-led thinking techniques.

My mission is to help clients archive top of mind relevance through astounding and extraordinary online and offline human experiences through sustainable web technologies and tangible products.

My goal is to build a one of a kind resource hub for rapid prototyping and manufacturing in the heart of Johannesburg where aspiring inventors and companies alike can visualize and produce sustainable products for mass consumption or as research methodologies. Using the latest 3D printing technology and/or automated CNC machines and investing in research to use sustainable manufacturing techniques and producing sustainable materials for the benefit of improving human lives.
