About Me
I’m an engineer graduate, but I realized HR is the expertise I’m really into. I studied HR in a bootcamp and currently I’m looking for a job to explore more and contribute my skill.
I see a connection between employee and the company should be mutual, balanced. Company needs peoples to achieve their goals, and people should be happy with their job and company in order to perform well. I want to facilitate what’s needed to achieve all that.
