An optimist who has always believed the future is going to be better than the past.

I’ve heard of scrum a lot of times, but I’ve never been interested in studying it; maybe this was because I knew nothing about it. But, 3 months ago was the first time I experienced scrum as one of the developers in a scrum team. And I must say that this way of working was liberating! I’ve found that the team that adopted scrum as their project framework was more productive, and they also had a healthier working relationship compared to those who didn’t. And this fact is the reason why I dedicated some of my time to learning scrum.

The more I learned about scrum, the more I realized that scrum isn’t a framework that is dedicated solely to project management; scrum is relevant to life (at least my life). Because we humans often encounter a challenge that we know nothing about, just like in the sprint, we have to decide why we are going to work on that challenge, what things we need to do, and how we are going to do those.

We are the developers, the scrum masters, and the product owners of our own lives. We plan, we work, and we also fail. But what’s important is that as time goes on, we’ve become more mature. I always love to help others and having it as my main career job to make sure that people are okay so that they can live up to their fullest potential is like living a dream for me. So yeah, I think I have found love!

I am also equipped with empathy and strong belief towards people, leading with visionary cause, and creative problem-solving skill set, such as; critical thinking, data-driven decision making, and effective confrontation.
