Private educational institute dedicated to vocational training. The institute had three branches.- . I started working as the first administrative employee from 2018 to 2020. During that time, I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with all aspects of the business, which helped me transition into a consultant role to drive the business forward. I led the adoption of digital transformation initiatives. The result: More revenue; the sales department could focus on the courses that has more available slots instead on oversell, because they has the right information, on live, the currently vacancies through data filled up by the teachers at a cloud system. During the pandemic lockdown, we made a temporary transition to online classes in order to keep the business running. I worked with the teaching department to choose the appropriate tools that would meet our users’ needs and align with the available technological capabilities, while keeping a good standard of education.

A consultant agency that helps SME companies. I was helping on the continuous improvement process on some SME client projects. • During the remade of the organization manual of an SME I detected that the workers wouldn’t read it, because they didn’t read the old version, so I proposed to make a shorten new version written on a non-formal communication, and then to make an audio podcast list of each part of the manual making it more casual; we made it to arrive just to the workers according their roles. I made 3 samples of them. The results, the SMEs CEO and the employees loved it and start using this method. • Also i was part of the ERP implementation process, i helped the SMEs teams to start having momentum on using the right modules based on the business needs. The result, our first erp client got a successful adoption of the solution on three months..

A Los Angeles Start-up – They send you a packed coffee subscription of receipts and ingredients to prepare an exotic coffee that came from other countries cultures. I was assisting the CEO on Product Strategy. • After getting a fullness knowledge about the business model and the product concept, I decided to make a proyect of revisioning the product marketing positioning strategy to attract more customers, based on a benchmarking research we decide to start making the customers feels that they weren’t buying just coffee, they were buying the travel experience shipped to their homes. • According to that, the CEO loved the new concept, because it has similarity to Coke Cola and the Happiness; so I was in charge of making the scripting of a new marketing spot and then to select video from stocks to make the film run.

Lokafy – A Canadian Start-up – The Uber of getting Local Guides around the world that make you to know the city on your Idiom during a travel. • In charge of emergencies during the weekend to give support to Travelers and Guides, also to coordinated near tours that didn’t have a local guide founded yet based on the customer needs. I save 80% of the tours that were on risk on non-running and have to get refunded.

Startup Project - A web app that help SME industrial companies to empower their work force with hard and soft skills. I made a fully business case and project planning to receive investment and I receive 5.000 USD from National Government to make our last commercial MVP. To accomplish this, I had to detected the business opportunity based on Latam digital culture as user research, educational system difficulties as benchmarking and financial accessibility of the SME companies as a Market research, based on truly pains of lack of talent I put the initiative to work. Ideate, design and develop a functional mvp based on no code(Wix.com and Google Forms as an LMS) with an casual and relaxed style and based on feedback I decided to pivoted to a more formal communication, directed to the practice with a little theory, and we get a better feedback on our second no code MVP (Systeme.io) and finally build our last commercial MVP with (Softr, Airtable, Make and Typeform).
