As an Administrative Staff reporting directly to the CEO of the company, I do tasks such as email handling, client inquiries, follow-ups billing and collection, document support for the outside base personnel, day to day cash requirements and disbursement. I was able to handle on-site ongoing projects for 6 months. My tasks were to be able to conduct meetings and suggestion with the worker, planning how to cut costings on materials, but with time project as set and expected, distribute weekly salary, contact and talk to suppliers with regard to materials. I was trained to look or prospect for upcoming projects, deals and talk to managers.

On prperty flagged, it requires Block, Lot and Subdivision Code, so must do the thorough checkng and reseach to be able to match it with the owners name and Property address, we handle clients from Nothern California.
