As a dynamic and highly motivated researcher with a solid foundation in technology, management, and statistic academic background. I bring a wealth of research experience spanning various business domains, including technology and marketing. My commitment to data-driven research is evident in my proficiency with quantitative, qualitative, and secondary research/desk research methodologies, complemented by a keen interest in adopting cutting-edge evaluation methods such as eye-tracking.

Currently, in my role as a product researcher that transform business needs into valuable product, I leverage my expertise gained from two previous positions as a UX researcher. Notably, I successfully led an e-learning development project, employing a diverse range of methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and eye-tracking, that also puts forward statistical principles to ensure the project aligned seamlessly with user needs.

In my academic and professional journey, I conducted comprehensive research on the relevance of E-Learning output, employing t-tests and correlation tests for hypothesis validation. Utilizing surveys and advanced data processing through SPSS, I integrated both quantitative and qualitative methods, implementing SQL for efficient business database management within the framework of a mixed-methods thesis on an LMS app. My proficiency extends to innovative design methodologies, as evidenced by securing 2nd place in a COVID-19 UPNVY Infographic Design Competition, where I integrated impactful design with thorough research for heightened awareness during challenging pandemic times.
