My name is Raphael Ezekwe, and I am an accomplished technologist with a strong background in computer science and a passion for product development, leadership, and management. I am also a certified Product Manager from Nexford University, America.

With my experience in product management, project management, sales, and business development, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail, I am confident that I can add value to a dynamic and innovative organization that prioritizes innovation and collaboration.

I have a strong understanding of the product development cycle and have completed coursework in marketing, product design, and project management. During my studies, I had hands-on experience working on various group projects, which has honed my collaboration and communication skills.

Most recently, I worked as a Product Manager at Macversity Group Limited, where I managed the entire lifecycle of software products from ideation to launch. In this role, I was responsible for understanding and representing user needs, monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses, defining a product vision, aligning stakeholders around the vision, prioritizing product features and capabilities, and creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making. One of the key products I worked on was a new feature for our website that improved the user experience and increased customer engagement. I also played a key role in launching a new line of products that received positive feedback from customers.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Representative at Macversity, where I honed my skills in promoting and selling products and services, performing cost-benefit and needs analysis, establishing and maintaining positive business relationships, and achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes. I analyzed the market’s potential and tracked sales and status reports, keeping management informed of customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. During my time in this role, I consistently exceeded my sales targets and was recognized as a top performer in the company.

In addition to my work experience, I possess a strong aptitude for software development methodologies such as Agile, product development, and marketing. My expertise in identifying emerging market trends, user needs, and customer pain points has enabled me to deliver products that solve problems and achieve business goals.
