About Me

My name is Rahmi Fadillah, and I am a fresh graduate from Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, majoring in Communication. I have a strong interest in the fields of public relations, administration, marketing communication, customer service, social media specialist, business development, and content writing.

During my college years, I actively participated in several campus organizations, one of which was the Hizbul Wathan Scouts Organization, where I served as the head of the communication and information division. In this role, I managed social media platforms, increased engagement through SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and expanded and maintained relationships with Hizbul Wathan scouting groups in universities across Indonesia. I was able to balance my responsibilities while staying focused on my studies, which resulted in a GPA of 3.72. I also gained internship experience at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia for 7 months as a Sales for Small and Management Intern.

During my internship, I successfully completed a project involving the analysis of 15,000 potential customers, earning an A grade (Satisfactory). Additionally, I interned at LOKPRO Media for 4 months as a Marketing Strategist. Furthermore, I volunteered to contribute to national development efforts focused on post-earthquake tourism development and economic recovery in North Lombok.

With my experience in organizational involvement, volunteering, and internships, I am ready to dedicate myself to my future work.

Responsible for documenting and taking minutes at every management meeting, whether conducted online or offline. 3. Involved in the performance evaluation of 18 regional offices under the directorate: - Extracting data percentages of the achieved results from the respective regions. - Conducting potential business data collection of approximately 15,000 potentials. - Assisting in the preparation of evaluation requirements, including creating presentation slides (PPT) to be used by the division head. 4. Understanding the implementation of directorate's product strategies and policies. 5. Understanding problem-solving resolutions within the scope of the division and directorate. 6. Creating vest designs using Photoshop, to be used as the directorate's identity.

Lokpro Media oversees 5 social media accounts on Instagram, a website, and YouTube, making the role of a marketing strategist crucial in maintaining the stability of Lokpro Media's performance. During my internship, I engaged in several activities: 1. Conducting content analysis on Lokpro Media's platforms. 2. Conducting research on customer experience. 3. Participating in formulating marketing strategies to sustain and expand Lokpro Media in the short and long term.
