About Me

I have successfully obtained my Diploma in Travel and Tourism management. As well as my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with Recreation Science and Tourism Management. These qualifications have shown me how helpful and persistent I genuinely am. In the past, I have succeeded in various part-time jobs to get a boost in my working experience. I have executed my time by completing my practical hours at St Andrews Guesthouse, where I assisted as the receptionist as it was acquired to graduate with my Diploma. I was placed within different areas of the guesthouse. I did the stock control, assisted with organizing events, and assisted with the reservations of guests. I had to learn practically what customer service is all about and it has become a daily norm for me. I also became skilled at Platinum Life as a telemarketing consultant, which has taught me how to have telephone etiquette as well as how multitasking truly works, and to have patience with diverse groups. It was a target-driven job and I had to proceed well under pressure. Promoting various products at Perky Jams and Showmax has also taught me how to deal with clients and resolve issues or questions at hand. Being well accustomed to various social media platforms is one of my numerous strengths. Taking on the Curriculum Teachers Assistant position has been equipping me with teaching skills, discipline and conflict management skills and lastly, starting a brand new extra-curricular activity and solely managing it has been one of my greatest accomplishments. I am eager to learn more about how I can furthermore gain or equip myself with the necessary skills and tools needed to assist children for the long term. REMEMBER, TO ALWAYS BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER!!!
