About Me

Hello, my name is Putu Ika Pratiwi, you can call me Ika. Nice to meet you!

I was graduated as a Bachelor of Psychology in 2017. After graduated, I continue my career in HR background, mostly in recruitment, HR administration, training, compensation and benefit, and general affair. Now I pursuing to master degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, starting from 2022.

Besides HR matters, I also interested in kids development. I had freelance occupational therapist experience around year 2019-2021 at a kids development clinic and consulting in Bali named Pradnyagama. I still learn about the importance of kids development that affect human in their adulthoods’ up to now.

Through this volunteer program, I would like to contribute by combining experiences, skills and theory that I’ve learnt. I also would like to have more professional connection.
