· Presenting my findings to both PM and developers to tackle pain points / problems
· Effectively prioritizing design and usability issues within a timely manner by utilizing scrum
· Swiftly integrating user feedback into the wireframes or prototypes through agile iterations
· Speaking the same language with researchers to properly apply the research findings
· Able to make judgment calls when necessary based on research based design intuition
· Quickly acquire new skills in softwares or external tools to supplement ongoing projects
· Last but not least, contributing to the projects success by holistically assessing teams dynamics
