Meet Palak
As a Design Researcher, Palaks delivers human-centered insights that drive innovation and foster inclusive experiences in client projects. She brings a unique blend of business research and design expertise to lead research efforts that make meaning out of the multi-disciplinary approach. She helps clients achieve their objectives by providing research-driven recommendations that align with their vision and strategy.

 

Palak brings a fresh perspective to every project, combining her creativity and analytical skills to communicate complex ideas the drive innovation and growth.

 

Palak’s roles in the past have focused on bringing design, market research, and business strategy to B2B clients across industries, including pharma, travel, furniture, and technology. She recently earned a Master of Design Planning and Research from the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology. There, she gained firsthand experience leading emerging research methods, co-designing behavior design, and bringing system thinking into projects.

 

Palak enjoys utilizing her experience in Customer experience and product design to collaborate and is currently mentoring a group of students in the development of a start-up idea.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys painting and traveling to scenic places across the nation.
