In this internship i was part of a team which worked on an automation project for Office of the head of the civil service of the federation (OHCSF) in Nigeria. my jobs inculded: Data enty o Performed various support roles including Tech support for clients. o An instructor for civil servants and relevant stake holders, coordinating on desk training. o Used principle of least privilege controls, Identity and Access Management o Active user directory administration o Server administration. o System administration, monitoring user activity on the OHCSF ECM portal

Federal Ministry of Science and Technology
• 3 months internship at the ICT department of the Federal ministry of science and technology. Performed technical support, assisted staffs and attended to technical problems they experienced with their computer systems. I worked on hardware parts, including replacing and fixing. I also did software installation and performed troubleshooting.
