Hi there,
I am a Business Administration student, a qualified administrative virtual assistant, and an aspiring HR specialist. Through my recent voluntary role as an HR-Talent Sourcing personnel, I have acquired some expertise in data entry, teamwork spirit, and communication skills through interviews with potential volunteers, sourcing talent, tracking their progress, conducting interviews, and onboarding and offboarding process. I am proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft (Word and Excel), Trello, Click Up, and Slack. I love learning new things and taking on challenging tasks that will strengthen my skills and become a relevant and valuable methods employee. Additionally, through courses such as Principles of Management and Business Ethics and Law from my major, we have been taught the different methods managers have used in operating businesses, large and small. Foremost are the basic concepts of planning, leading, organizing, and controlling. On the other hand, business law intends to develop a general understanding of basic legal principles and how they affect the conduction of business on a practical level.
I am looking for a position that is challenging and enlightening. I love learning new things, taking on stimulating tasks that strengthen my skills and learning other methods that make me an excellent employee. My experience as an online student has equipped me to be a self-driven, self-starter that can be left alone to complete tasks quickly, diligently, and on time. I am an ambitious student you can train and develop to be the competitive employee you need me to be. I desire to master the different functions of Business Administration by eventually achieving the role of HR Consultant within an organization. Hence, my interest and desire to apply for any HR-related opportunities. With these few skills, I hope to be of value to you and your company.
