I am Madushan Pathirana and I live in Sri Lanka. I am an Associate product manager with 1.5 years experience in product management , data analytics, data visualization and project management. I am a Transports and Logistics management graduate from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. I am currently reading for Masters degree in Business analytics which focuses mainly on data science. I did my final year research on Blood supply chain optimization using Mix integer programming. I have completed 35 Datacamp courses and I am planning to complete more Python and SQL courses.

As a product manager, my main responsibilities are generating demand and supply, and plan the product road map. Few of my tasks are below : Develop dashboards to automate KPI calculations using Python, SQL,Mode analytics(BI Tool) and Google sheets saving time and increasing the product visibility to the senior management. Conduct analysis to understand the Customer and drive behavior, low fulfilled regions and time windows maintaining customer fulfillment at 80% and driver retention at 78%. Develop driver incentive and customer promo strategies (Using RFM analysis) to reduce driver and customer churn while generating Rs 2 Million profits per month. Conduct customer and driver surveys to understand new feature requirements,new products and launch them by working with IT and Marketing teams.
