I have experience in working in agile environment. My diverse background encompasses roles in server support (Linux), server build (Linux), and technical writing for software like user guides and developer audience documents and infrastructure. This varied experience has allowed me to develop a unique skill set that includes creating video documentation tailed to specific organizational standards.
As a technical writer, I honed my ability to produce clear user-friendly documentation, ensuring that complex technical information was presented in an accessible manner. Notably I expanded my skill set to include video documentation creation, adhering to organization’s standard. This involved not only crafting written content but also creating engaging and informative videos to enhance the understanding of technical processes.
