Manage and support all IT Infrastructure projects on the site. Provide technical helpdesk support by answering phone calls, email or other requests by creating incident tickets. Control and Analyze ticketing system; Service Desk Plus. Follow up open incidents and manage incident (issue) tickets until issue is resolved and ticket closed duly Assists real-time in the resolution of support issues to decrease downtime and to bring about high levels of satisfaction Advise staff on appropriate basic procedures for directing their IT related queries and recommendations Installation of Compactable SCADA Software(WinCC) to fit organizational purpose. Serve as first point of contact for site personnel and to resolve SCADA issues. Liaising with vendors and suppliers over technical requirements / solutions / technical enquiries. Successfully supported the migration of users Smarter Email to Microsoft office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive and MS Teams). Interface with 3rd party service providers when required. Successfully supported with deployment of CCTV in 3 locations (17 cameras and 3 NVR) which help in mitigating the loss of stolen products annually (50million). Manage the planning and quarterly maintenance of IT Assets, Network equipment’s and CCTV in each location.
