I am passionate about learning and advancing in the career of Human Resource especially in the are of Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, etc.

My core skills includes; Talent Acquisition and Management,  Talent Sourcing, On-boarding, Employee relations and engagement, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Project Management, Strong Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, Interpersonal Skills, Ability to learn fast, Good use of Microsoft office tools(Word, Excel, Power Point) , Google packages, Good knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Problem solving skills and Time management skills.
