About Me

As a business development executive with 15 years of experience and a legal background, I have developed valuable skills that can be transferred to the role of a scrum master. My experience in business development has given me a deep understanding of client needs and how to manage stakeholder expectations. Additionally, my legal background has honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, which I know are crucial in the role of a scrum master.

As a business development executive, I have experience managing projects and leading teams. I have successfully gained a certificate through Scaled Agile as a SAFe 5.1 Scrum Master and have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

One key transferable skill I possess is effective communication. Which I know will be very important, when communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to facilitate communication between team members.

Coupled with my recent certification, my background as a business development executive and a legal advisor  I feel like I have a solid foundation for success. With my transferable skills, such as project management, team leadership, communication, and problem-solving, I have the potential to excel in this new role.
