∆ At the Ministry, i was responsible for providing administrative support to the ministry, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, writing office memos/technical documents, and organizing events and travel arrangements. Managing office files, records and maintaining the office database. ∆ Assisted with maintaining the ministry's computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. As well as troubleshooting any technical issues. ∆ Throughout my youth service program, i was proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This dynamic role enable me to hone my good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
