About Me

I have over 10 years of professional experience with 7 years dedicated to banking and financial services. I have also worked extensively in business roles.

While I have enjoyed this experience,  I recently moved to a new country, and this has prompted me to consider other career options. I have spent the last two years undertaking a Master’s degree gaining skills in business research including designing of research studies and data analysis at the University of Sterling,UK. I also recently completed a certification in Business analysis in addtion to Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications, these have given me a good exposure to Agile methodologies. I have a Google Project Management Professional certificate. Furthermore, prior to this, I obtained a Master’s in International Business Administration  from SOAS,  UK.

While I worked as a Business Development Manager with a start-up focusing on the international apparel business. I was able to gain experience in operations and marketing. I honed skills in coordinating multiple vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure the business ran smoothly.

My career journey reflects a commitment to continuous growth and diversification. Looking ahead, I am eager to leverage this background and expertise to contribute meaningfully to roles in IT Project Management and Business Analysis. Additionally, I remain open to exploring avenues in business development and business research, where I can apply my operational and analytical skills.

As I’m relatively new to IT Project Management and Business Analysis, I’m looking for an opportunity to practice and gain experience in the sector. I consider volunteering a great avenue to achieve this and I’m confident that the expertise I bring from previous roles could translate well in supporting the companies I am seeking to volunteer with.
