I am legal professional based in Nairobi, Kenya. I have considerable experience in the start up space, having served as the legal lead within two successful startups with regional presence. I am highly skilled in commercial and corporate law matters. Established capabilities in e-commerce, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, conflict resolution, corporate expansion, due diligence, fundraising suport, data privacy, legal drafting, review and negotiation. Proven aptitude in project management, managing sensitive situations, and standardizing systems and workflows.

I am drawn to organisations dedicated to underserved markets and I am eager to use my technical skills supporting such causes and in my personal capacity, work on volunteer projects.
