To whom it may concern
I, Njabulo Mfayela write this with great joy and optimism to have the pleasure of possibly being selected as a suitable candidate for the relevant voluntary position which aligns with my interests and skill set. Well factually speaking I am a recipient of a degree in IT/ICT courtesy of the Durban University of Technology. Sentimentally speaking I am an individual who is highly curious and by the same token I am highly disciplined.
I have 7 months of working experience as a Business Development Associate, working for Shedyt (https://shedyt.com) where my job duties included data sales, data management, data manipulation, data cleaning, logging sale progression, lead generation and outbound marketing. In 2021 I also worked as a project intern for three months for a data warehousing company called The Document Warehouse where the project team was required to migrate a client company’s hardcopy documents onto the cloud.
I have demonstrated great consistency and excellence with regards to my academic performance and this has proved rewarding for I have been the recipient of bursaries courtesy of the banking institution BankSeta for the 2021 academic year as well as the 2022 academic calendar year as well as being funded by a logistics company called SABT ( South African Bulk Terminals) for the 2023 academic calendar year. BankSeta has not only been responsible for easing the financial stress upon my household but the bursary recipients were also required to enroll into a workplace training program as well, where we were supervised by several highly qualified mentors which were allocated to us. This training program taught us invaluable lessons which are pivotal for anyone who’s looking to branch out into the working environment. We learnt about multiple things such as how important one’s online presence is as well as the fact that good academic performance at a tertiary institution is only the basic requirement when applying for a job for it is the manner that one conducts himself at work which will take you far, one should constantly display great enthusiasm, hard work as well as display a vibrant and positive aura in general.
Ethics is also a topic that cannot go unaddressed. I, myself having been raised by a father who is a magistrate and an older sister who is an attorney, having been taught to understand the difference between right and wrong from a young age and this has been further emphasized at church for I come from a church going and god-fearing family.
Professionally speaking, I aspire to branch into the IT/ICT sector and further expand upon the working experience that I currently have and am thus open to multiple positions which are within the IT field.

2020 is the year in which I started studying towards my Diploma in ICT: Business Analysis ( majoring in Business Information Systems and Business Analysis). I completed this qualification in 2022 and and currently awaiting my graduation ceremony which will occur sometime in 2023 ( the date of the graduation has not yet been disclosed)

Have the ability to describe technologies, products and procedures used to protect confidentiality, ensure integrity and provide high availability. Have the ability to explain the purpose of laws related to cybersecurity as well as explain how cybersecurity professionals use technologies, processes and procedures to defend all components of the network

The document Warehouse
From 22 March 2021 up until 20th May 2021, I had an opportunity to participate part time, in a Digitising project where a huge Archive collection of The Playhouse Company Archive was digitised, and all the files were moved onto the cloud. During this transitional phase I worked with employees of The Document Warehouse (digitiser and software supplier), I was assisting with scanning and uploading files onto the software. All the records are now accessible through the M-Files System, which was designed by the Document Warehouse IT Manager. This working experience gave me exposure to business information systems digitising project.
