About Me
I am a psychology graduate currently serving as HRD in a company. Previously I had intern experience in HR Recruitment with the outline of the jobdesk being sourcing and candidate selection.
Currently I am also doing freelance at a philanthropic institution serving as HR Recruitment and employer branding. My jobdesk there is to make manpower planning and create a timeline to carry out the recruitment itself.
I am a person who is very interested in trying new things to support the experiences I have. And I want to know more about talent acquisition.
Education
Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto
During my college years, I had intern experience in web content creators, especially in the psychology faculty, where at that time I was looking for sources of articles through interviews with lecturers. Even during college, the material I received was in the form of human resources, psychological tests, organizational training and others. Continuing with my internship, I joined a Muslim psychology student association or community throughout Indonesia and joined the HR division. There, bonding to various regions to achieve the targets of each division.
