About Me
Hi I’m Nicola.
I am a junior researcher who has gained certificates in User Research and has been working with local business and other local organisations to elevate their user experiences through the insights gained from User Research.
I am looking to learn, gain experience and build up my portfolio with the dream of finding paid employment in User Research.
I have previously worked as a secondary school teacher for 16 years, and have a BA (hons) in History and Masters in Psychology and therefore have many soft skills that transfer easily to User Research. Through my certifications and voluntary work I am developing User Research hard skills.
I would love to continue my development while helping organisations elevate their user experiences through the Skilled Up Life project.
