As an administrative support I updated the organizational records and drafted SOP for the admin and operations department, updated their job description and departmental KPI in line with it's goals and objectives, I 5ook notes during virtual meetings, and updated it on the channels e.g the Notion, Slack, and Discord software . I followed up on team tasks and individual projects ensuring that we delivered within timelines by collaborating with all members of the team at every level, and updated the Admin. Dept. Head on the progress of their operations Administratively. I sent out virtual meeting invites and organized polls to analyse their feedback on our operations.
