About Me
Hello! I’m Nahdah and i’m fresh graduates of animal science. At the end of the semester, I was recruited by a lecturer as a practicum assistant for Ruminant Animal Management, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Brawijaya University.
During college I was active in several activities such as being a staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in campus organizations responsible for organizing the implementation of open house activities and internal organizations. The results i got from the end of the position were successfully carrying out 90% of organizational projects and succeeded in making the PENA student activity unit an official faculty student activity unit. I am also active in volunteer activities as a character building mentor in the faculty and i have to guide, teach, and give some motivations to the new students in order to build their best character. I have to encourage them to be the best part of themselves, loving each other, always thankful every single day in their lives and never lose hope. In the social field, I’m also actively involved as a volunteer for Mouth Disease and Cattle Mange vaccine in Pasuruan district.
I want to focus on my career as an HR, especially in a company in the field of livestock products, because in the area where i live it is very rare to find entrepreneurs engaged in dairy products who have knowledge of human resource management and milk processing where I have a background in the processing of livestock products. In this issue SkilledUp Life is a good reference for the case of learning as a highly valued HR. If i’m accepted as a volunteer in the field of HR, after the volunteer period ends I want to become HR at a cow’s milk company in Indonesia.

During university I was an active student in activities related to Human Resource management and data. Apart from that, I was trusted as the head of field research by my supervisor for two semesters.
