• The company does not yet have an adequate financial system to support operational activities, so I am creating a financial system based on google drive • Make budget rules for each division with the principle of top-down based on the previously created cost containment, then evaluate the efficiency of its use every month • Performing payroll for 30 employees with bonus calculation based on Performance Appraisal (PA) and current profit • Create and report financial statements consisting of cash flow report, loss profit report, product price performance, and balance sheet • Carrying out financial records • Conducting financial audits for the general cashier and general affairs department as petty cash holders • Determine the selling price of the product based on the cost of goods sold, market demand, general operating costs, and profit optimization targets
