About Me
I’am final year student of Brawijaya University in Psychology Department with major concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. My career aspiration is that i am eager to be practitioner in Human Resources Field. For my career aspiration realisation as a practitioner, I need to enrich my career experiences in Human Resources Field. Up to now, I already have four Human Resources experiences in campus organizational start from Eksekutif Mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya (2019), BEM FISIP UB (2020-2021), and Ikatan Lembaga Psikologi Mahasiswa Indonesia (2021-2022), and LokPro Media (2022). In corporation level, I have two Human Resources experiences in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang and PT. Penerbit Erlangga. However, I have no experiences in Human Resources or related field at Start Up level company. Hence, my recent aspiration is that hopefully I could be part of this Skilled Up Life volunteer team so that i could grow my self to be more professional especially in Startup Growth and Culture.

In this intern, I was responsible for general human resources task such as training and development, recruitment, remuneration, and psychological assesment.
People and Development Intern
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero)
In this intern, i was involved in people and development process such as training, psychological assesment, drafting the dictionary competencies based on AKHLAK BUMN and Pupuk Indonesia's Competencies, drafting the job description and conducting job analyses.
Promoter
Vivo Indonesia
I was responsible for selling Vivo's smartphone product, reporting daily sales, demonstrated products specification and persuaded customers to buy Vivo's Product, and always up to date to products and services development.
