I have 10 years of experience in the complex industry of software.

In the last 7 years, my role has mainly focused on guiding and improving the people and processes to build high-quality products in the company. Also, enabling the environment that allows us to focus and grow together as a professional team across the organization

In my current role as Scrum Master, I have led multiple cross-functional teams and implemented agile practices that have resulted in the successful delivery of numerous projects. My ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate team members has resulted in a track record of building high-performing teams that consistently deliver high-quality products.

My expertise includes facilitating all Scrum events and emphasizing the empiricism that results in trust through inspection, adaptation, and transparency in collaboration work. Additionally, I have experience identifying and mitigating risks and roadblocks that could impede delivering value. My experience also includes working with various Agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, and Nexus Scaled Scrum. I have a deep understanding of Agile principles and values and have successfully implemented them in various environments and projects (including the Decentralize Project).
