I am Miswandi, and I have completed my education in geography at STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Currently, I have more than 1 year of work experience as an Operational Staff. Operations Staff -Associate Teacher, Ruangguru Remote, Dec 2020 – Sep 2022 • Led 15 freelancers who are divided into the Audit Forum team, Data Input team, and Content Discussion team • Managed freelancers administrative data and inputting salary payments every month • Coordinated with the procurement team for relevant educational book publications and school curriculum data • Checking the forum to input discussion on questions submitted by paid users within 24 hours • Controlling the quality of freelance work to ensure compliance with applicable SOPs • Responsible for the geography forum, including the availability of books, freelance administration and payments, as well as the required manpower to complete each task
