my name is Mirian Ezeadikwa. I have experience in Web3 marketing, e-commerce operations, customer support, HR, and administrative services.
I just finished my MBA in Human Resource Management and want to develop my skills, transition, and gain experience in HR processes, especially talent acquisition, learning, and development, to be able to lead a functional HR department.
I am very tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, and workflow communication tools like Slack, Notion, Trello, Asana, Google Suite, Calendly, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, and many more. I have learned the basics of Applicant tracking software (ATS) and HRIS for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and updating employee records.
