Boubyan Bank Verifying and performing spot checks on internal documents before passing it on to external auditors. In-charge of handling the credit card application workflow system and also performing various reconciliation checks against the paperwork supplied (both electronic and manual). Responsible for supervising the team that handles scans of historic documents into the system. Dealing with customer early settlements after thoroughly checking relevant forms and clearing payments on system after due diligence. Played a major role in a bank wide project which involved facilitating easy accessibility of customer financial documentation being available to various members of staff across different banking systems. Maintained and Organized and effective workflow system to keep track important documents. Providing management with end of day reports to show status of financial documents received and un-received.
