About Me

I am a qualified and seasoned IT professional with a strong background in business analysis, design and technical delivery for solutions across: Digital, Infrastructure, Application, Integration, Data and Security domains spanning over 10 years; having engaged for the end-to-end delivery and support of products and solutions within Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project environments.

My knowledge, skills and experience over the years has evolved primarily due to my passion for technology, innovation and in providing solutions that meet both business challenges and customer-centricity as the core focus. A strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving individual with great communication and interpersonal abilities and a positive attitude towards undertaking of any responsibility. From a technical perspective my knowledge and skills encompass but are not limited to: Cloud computing, digital, systems analysis, system design, networks, enterprise and web applications, SDLC, architectures, databases, analytics, cyber security, IT frameworks and methodologies.

Having worked in the professional capacity of a Business Analyst, I have demonstrated the competency in identifying, justifying, translating and communicating business requirements into viable solutions through requirements engineering, customer journey mapping, personas, gap analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, data mapping, modelling of systems and processes, the migration and integration between multiple distributed systems and platforms. This has further developed by successfully undertaking Business Case development, Epics, User Stories, process and UML diagrams for the many products and services adopting Cloud, Payments, CRM, Microservices architecture and Big Data solutions whilst documenting requirements using tools: JIRA/Confluence, Smaply, LucidChart and BaseCamp.

As a strategic, visionary and customer-centric individual with a strong flair for design and build of products that add value to both the business and customer, I am looking for an opportunity that shall allow me to develop a career in ‘Strategy/Product Management/Delivery’ leveraging the vast skills and experience gained over the years and take lead and ownership in the end-to-end delivery of innovative products that meet customer needs and solves real world problems.
