About Me

I recently completed a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Pretoria and am proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Including Excel) , Google Apps, Canva and Sage Pastel ,among other applications. I have advanced research and writing skills and  I have working Tax and Accounting knowledge and  numerical skills.

I have a good understanding of legislative interpretation , I have working knowledge of Alternative Disputes Resolution (Conflict resolution), Law of Banking and Financial institutions , as well as Contract Law, and I believe this would make me a good fit for such a role.

In my years at the University I also took part in several societies, and was in the Executive Committee of one. These societies helped improve my ability to work in groups as well as public speaking. They also taught me more people skills and improved my event planning skills. I was also secretary of one of the societies and was therefore responsible for document compilation (including excel spreadsheets), the taking of minutes, member information capturing and other secretarial duties.

I am currently freelancing as a CV editor at a recruiting company called  ACM Consulting  , and in this role I format the CVs of job candidates, using the ACM template. This job has improved on my data capturing skills as well as my typing skills. The overall work environment has improved my knowledge and understanding of recruitment and consulting.

I am a motivated, adaptable, teachable and organised individual.I am passionate about people, I work well in groups as well as individually and I believe I would be a good fit to your company . I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss my background in detail.
