I think ahead creating actionable initiatives to deliver great employee engagement and business growth. I excel working independently and in teams; a fast-paced environment is my natural habitat.

Developed and implemented a customized database sheet, serving as an in-house HRIS solution, tailored to the unique needs of our business ensuring we have what we need to operate and not including unnecessary features saving time and cutting down on HRIS training significantly.
