About Me
Hi everyone,
having a background in both strategic and operational roles, including expertise in establishing legal and HR departments, personnel development, employment law, HR compliance, and organizational development, I am deeply passionate about improving businesses through exceptional legal and HR guidance, customer-centric HR policies, and a business-oriented approach.
In my previous leadership role as the Head of Legal & HR Services at the largest Austrian personnel leasing company (300 internal and approximately 5000 external employees), I played a pivotal role as a sparring partner for the CEO and a key contact and negotiation partner for trade unions, labor market services, and the works council. Managing a team of six professionals, I oversaw legal and HR compliance, personnel development, organizational restructuring, compensation and benefits, and governance processes, playing a crucial role in organizational change.
My current role as a member of the Human Resources International team at a multimodal provider of rail logistics, supporting executive deployment across international subsidiaries along the entire employee life cycle (including recruiting, compensation, contract management, onboarding, HR governance) has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities associated with global expansion.
I’m looking forward to meet the exciting challenges that arise with the variety of the tasks which come along with the developement of a tech startup.
