About Me
Hi there! My name is Livingstone, and I am passionate about building and shipping impactful products that improve and simplify people’s lives. I like to think that my unique combination of content writing, customer success (being able to provide a holistic view of customer journeys with a vision of what great customer experience means), and passion for problem-solving makes me stand out in my own way.
I currently work with an amazing team at Branch, building impactful solutions that help make payments and access to loans seamless for individuals and businesses alike. I am also known for suggesting strategies that improve operational efficiency and productivity by identifying bottlenecks in completing activities and developing strategies to mitigate such bottlenecks.
When I am not working, I enjoy reading Product Management related articles where I learn helpful tips and resources that have helped world-class product managers remain accomplished in their various fields. I also love exploring no-code tools and seeing the amazing things they can do.
My short-term goal is to continuously understand, create, improve, and positively contribute to the growth of impactful products anywhere I find myself. My long-term goal is to scale up as a renowned Product Manager within a competitive and multicultural environment and build a solid foundation in the Product Development ecosystem.

The Product Management course with Utiva helped me understand what it means to strategically drive the design, development, prototyping, launch, and continual support of a company’s products. I learned how to discover, develop, manage, and market products for businesses within the agile team to break new features down into user stories, and development tasks so as to populate the product backlog. Also, I learned how to manage the entire product lifecycle (customer demand, tech requirement, market competition, pricing, product description, sales channels, marketing, etc) and ensure that the product runs smoothly.
