• Receive, control and distribute scripts to marking teams • Controlling of scripts and mark sheets • Scanning of scripts for accuracy of scripts at marking centre • Controlling of MP FLOW’s Before they are sent to the capturing bureau • Daily receive, check, control, scan and pack scripts for marking including archival of scripts after marking • Providing IT Technical Support to the Examination marking centre • Configuring the IT Equipment and setting up mini network of pc’s for sharing of documents, scanning of scripts and printing reports on MP – Flows, • Providing basic maintenance to the ICT infrastructure at marking centre. • Ensuring Quality Assurance and accuracy of the number of scripts matches the mark sheet and marks are captured correctly.
