I am Lesedi Mohane, currently a tender administrator/ office administrator at Boxani Building and Civil Construction. With a strong background in Sociology and labour relations management. I am seeking new challenges in Recruitment or Human Resource.

My expertise lays in verifying tender documents, maintaining organised filing and providing effective office administrative support. As a customer Service Representative I have demonstrated my commitment to customer satisfaction by handing various inquires effectively, resolving technical issues and proactively solving problems. I can work in high-pressure situations and handling high volume 0f calls and chats.

I am actively looking for new opportunities in Labour Administrative and Research, Human Resource and related roles. I am comfortable working flexible hours.

My aspiration during this path would to to gain more valuable transferable skills and earning recognition in the field of human resource or any related field. I am open to internships, learner-ships, and voluntary work that will allow me to apply and enhance my sociological and management knowledge and skills. I find it appealing to act as a liaison between staff members and the organisation, promoting their welfare and making sure that their specific requirements are acknowledged and met. A human resources professional’s job is more than just handling paperwork; it also involves creating an atmosphere where workers feel heard, respected, and supported as they pursue their careers.

This research focuses on group behaviour as well as social interaction.
