About Me

My name is Leonor Baltazar, and I am currently pursing a Public International Law LL.M degree at the University of Leiden.

Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong passion for leveraging my legal knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the field. The opportunity to join SkilledUp Life’s team deeply resonates with me, as I am drawn to the organization’s dedication to empowering individuals to overcome barriers and achieve their fullest potential.

Once I graduate, I aspire to become a human rights lawyer. This goal is born from a deep commitment to advocating for justice and equality. Recognizing the importante of practical experience in this pursuit, especially in an increasingly competitive area, I find myself in the situation of needing experience to secure a job, yet needing a job to gain experience. It is precisely in this context that SkilledUp Life’s mission to bridge the gap between experience and employment strikes a chord with me.
