I am a talented and high caliber professional with human and technical skills in project implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation with analogous experience of working to the highest standards. I have a long track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources taking the value of money into account. I am very passionate in areas of Gender and Social Inclusion, Behavioral Change Communication, Sexual Reproductive Health, Psychosocial Support, Women and Youth Empowerment, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Child Safeguarding, Community Development, Peace and security and Capacity Development. Moreover, I am very passionate about helping the most affected segments of society both in emergency and developmental interventions. I firmly believe that the exposure I got in a varying environment and setting has enabled me to develop different experiences. Hence, if I get the chance to join the organization, I will let my potential and experience in the field come out to the full play to the benefit of the community and organization. I have actively participated in the 17th Annual Internet Governance Forum (IGF) of 2022 in Ethiopia. I have served as election officer during Ethiopian 2021 National election and currently served as volunteer soft skill trainer at Bahir Dar American corner.
I totally do have more than 10 years of professional experience in the above stated areas, currently I am working as institutional strengthening and social accountability coordinator for the food security project at ORDA Ethiopia.

• Direct , plan and supervise institutional leadership and social accountability in the program areas • Facilitate the implementation of institutional capacity building and social accountability activities in collaboration with relevant government offices • Ensure participation of relevant stakeholders and beneficiaries at all level of the planning process • Prepare quality periodic progress reports /monthly, and submit on a timely basis and document properly. • Ensure that capacities of project staff, concerned government offices, CBOs , CSOs and the beneficiary community is properly enhanced. • Ensure systematic communication of and representation of project activities, successes and challenges among consortium members and ensure alignment of program strategy to PSNP 4 policies and priorities • Coordinate learning reviews and workshops of the project under consideration; promote best practices and lessons learning; to produce publication and disseminate success stories, challenges and new opportunities to foster organizational learning. • Develop new strategies and innovative approaches for Institutional strengthening and social accountability & organize experience sharing with relevant partner

• Responsible for M&E technical support planning and provision; coordinating and overseeing all program M&E activities. • Establish computer based specific database at Project office; and ensure paper based M&E system at all levels • Provide technical programmatic guidance on ongoing M&E gap identification and design appropriate responses • Facilitate collection of monthly reports, ensures timely arrival and check data quality for submission to M & E unit • Work with PSI/MULU/MARPs M & E team in the development of appropriate project indicators, operational definitions, targets and the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) and update this as needed • Develop and implement systems to manage information on M&E performance, Develop and implement a process for regular submission of data, and Participate in analysis of performance data • Plan, facilitate and provide M&E related training for Community outreach workers, volunteers and executives. • Provide on-going supportive supervision • Ensure availability of Monitoring and evaluation tools at all levels. • Design effective strategies to strengthen M&E systems at the project level; include maintaining the availability of standardized formats • Prepare and present reports; forward recommendations concerning M&E components • Coordinate the planning and implementation of MULU/MARPs project. • Participate and assume leading role in the preparation of project related annual, quarter and other plans.
