• Led cross-functional collaboration with Psychology, Neurology, Neurotechnology, Arts and Media, and Blended Reality experts, identifying research topics, managing and prioritizing research plans, optimizing a wearable for real-world human neuroscience experiments, and acquiring over $500K in federal funding to support cutting-edge research • Executed hands-on, primary research end-to-end, independently developing original questions, conducting literature reviews, coding experiments and applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, T-Tests, and Machine Learning analyses in Python, C#, Javascript, R, and MATLAB, and publishing original insights on the neurophysiology of human spatial navigation

Space Planning Student Representative

Yale University

04/06/2020 - 08/31/2023

• Directed 8-person team in designing surveys of graduate student behavior and attitudes, analyzing data via ANOVA, T-Test, and Spearman Correlation coded in R, and translating research findings into strategic narratives presented to Provost’s Office, faculty, and other key stakeholders via compelling data illustrations in Keynote, advocating for students’ desire for office window access feature in new Yale Psychology Building

Psychology Department DEI Chair

Yale University

07/01/2019 - 09/29/2022

• Directed multi-institution team in product development of Research Psychology Bootcamp, analyzing existing workshops and surveying participants to identify gaps, developing content with feedback from Assistant Director of Diversity, and creating 3 years of open-source recordings, materials, and resources accessed online over 10,000 times to date • Designed surveys and analyzed responses of 2K bootcamp attendees using Linear Regression, ANOVA, and T-Tests coded in R, discovered 50% increased understanding of Psychology PhD earning requirements in First-Gen/Low-Income participants and 40% increased understanding of PhD application process in Black participants, and translated findings into strategic narratives promoting inception of bootcamp model by other research departments and institutions
