About Me

Hello! I’m Kacper, a recent Biology graduate who wants to build up experience to kick-start a career in the start-up world.

I’m currently working as an analyst in TJX Europe, using data to inform decisions on the mix of products available in TKMaxx stores across Europe. I’m highly proficient in Excel and have experience with the programming languages R and Python. Throughout my time at university, I undertook numerous extracurricular roles such as Treasurer, and later President of the University of York Fencing Club, one of the largest sports clubs in York. These roles gave me extensive work experience in project management, leadership, and operational duties.

I believe my range of skills will be vastly improved by spending time in a start-up environment while also bringing great value to a business.
