About Me

I am an IT professional with 18 years experience, mainly doing administration and support. Because I often supported application and web development, and also supplying training materials for users, I was involved into the creative side of it too, and I was helping with making application UIs, web interfaces, and general graphic design materials. I worked as a product development associate from 2014-2015, designing, executing and distributing all informational boards nationwide in Hungary.

I worked as a graphic designer for almost two years, and I designed newsletters, social media content, product catalogues and advertisements both printed and online. I also did product photography and retouching.

Two years ago I obtained a UX / UI design certificate (Google), and I would like to set my foot in this field to change my career into. I don’t have experience in this field, but I have years of working with users from various backgrounds and culture and level.

As the first point of contact of the Helpdesk in the IT Department, I mostly provide support for all IT related problems to ~220 internal users, covering 7 satellite offices. I assist the Senior IT Technician with the maintenance and development of the Association’s computer, telephony and network infrastructure and systems. I also initiate and support IT projects regarding to digital transformation, where I help to find cloud based and paperless solutions for those processes which are currently manual. As an IT technician, I was actively involved to move to Office 365, Sharepoint and OneDrive for business, which systems I also support every day. I am responsible for providing training for users in case if new systems and features are rolled out in the Association. I also write regular articles and how-to manuals for the IT Department's Sharepoint site.

I have updated the branding which made the company's image clean, modern, but still recognisable. In Lorax Ltd. I was responsible for creating weekly newsletters about new products, special edition "single product" ones, and designing every marketing materials and handouts. I didproduct photography and post processing of new products, besides updating existing ones. I also re- designed the whole layout of our two main advertisements in Gunmart and Combat + Survival Magazines. In the marketing team I created follow-up reports about the newsletters sent out, to examine sales, and main clicking targets of our customers.

Product Development Associate

I was responsible for all tasks related to the management of informational boards and stickers placed on all Hungarian parking machines; from the first steps of their graphic design to the final steps of shipping and follow-up. I have also handled every modification and extension requests on the national parking zone map; keeping nationwide parking zone database up-to-date. I have configured and customized the company’s new, WordPress-based brochure website, (http:// nscp.hu). On behalf of the company‘s graphic designer I helped designing internal presentations and mail templates, also banners, signatures, and other images. Beside the communication with resellers and partners, I also helped testing and developing the company’s main product, a multiplatform mobile payment application.
