About Me

My name is Joy Chinagorom Obi. I am an administrative expert, a web developer and a recent Product Design UI/UX grad at UTIVA INSTISTUTE, with over five years of experience as an Administrative General Manger, I have gathered bags of experiences and I am very confident in my ability and expertise to immensely add value to any organization. My organizational skills are second to none and my problem solving skill is one of my greatest strength. My ability to Multi-Task enables me to structurally maneuver any task ahead effortlessly and execute them successfully.

During my tenure as an Admin with EUC Homes Group and Majo Homes Ltd, I ensured client database was constantly updated. Also, I endeavored to establish customer service support operated at the topmost level, to ascertain that there is no bridge between clients and service providers. Furthermore, I ensured a very friendly environment, as no business will thrive and reach its possible potentials under a hostile environment.

Currently, I just transitioned from a Team Lead Coordinator, to the Administrative Head of an Internationally owned business in Ethiopia. I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to a forward-thinking and fast-moving organization, and I feel I can do so by using my well tailored experience and expertise in administration so far-to bring the vision of the organization to life and realization.

I just also completed a course in Product Design and venturing into Product Management, to further enhance my skills. I am already a website developer and I’m well versed in graphics and presentations.

In conclusion, managing people to bring out their full strength and potential is what I know how to do. I very much believe in team work, being proactive and creating the atmosphere for creativity to thrive.
