Hello, My name is Joyce Nzioka, a highly skilled and experienced Administrator and Customer Service professional, Currently taking a Salesforce Certification Course with ALX.

My past experience in the CRM field made me develop an interest in Salesforce, so I can solve many challenges that companies go through as far as CRM is concerned. I have 7 years work experience in several fields not limited to; Automotive,Construction,Education and Insurance industry.

My strong skills in communication, project management and being a quick learner has made me excel in my career.

I have  the ability to solve problems by identifying complex challenges and coming up with a solution which has seen me implement successful projects in my previous places of work.

I always anticipate the needs of my client, alleviate that burden from them so they can focus on more  important matters which will help their businesses succeed.
