My name is Chioma Joyce Odoh,and I’m a customer service representative who helps provide customer service support. I also developed a passion for customers in every business to improve the customer experience. I’m still in better development, but my goal is to continue to learn and grow so that I can provide even better service to customers.

I am a dedicated customer service expert with a proven track record of delivering exceptional services. I have spent 2 years providing top-notch support for an electronic company, where I handled customer orders, complaints, and updates on products. In addition, I have 3 years of experience in a library, where I successfully resolved customer issues and ensured their satisfaction. My attention to detail and ability to document customer information and feedback have consistently earned me positive reviews. I have also worked in a bakery, where I excelled in taking and managing customer orders and addressing their concerns. My passion for assisting and solving customer problems is evident in my excitement when I finally resolve an issue. With years of experience under my belt, I am confident in my ability to provide you with outstanding customer support services.
I am well-versed in email, phone, and chat support, and I bring a customer-centric approach to every interaction. I thrive on challenges and am dedicated to not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations.

But the most important thing I learned was how to help people find the information they need. I learned how to evaluate information and how to use the right resources to find the best answers. I also learned about different types of libraries and how they serve their communities. All of this knowledge helps me to be a better knowledge and to help people find the information they need.
