This course was my introduction to user experience design. I learnt why is it important and what impact it can have on a business. I learned how to identify the key approach, attitude, and process elements that are necessary for UXD. I explored in depth the stages of the UX process - design, development, and release, along with the user journey. I Identified the concepts of information architecture and the importance of good structure for usability. Got a deeper understanding of wireframing, the importance of low-to-high detail, and the benefits of interactive prototypes.
